Asst. Prof. Ronaldo R. Cabauatan with PhD with Prof. Chin Uy, PhD, Asst. Prof. Ronald A. Manalo, DBA, and RCSSED Director Belinda D.V. de Castro, PhD published the paper entitled “Factors Affecting Intention to Use Blended Learning Approach in the Tertiary Level: A Quantitative Approach.” It explored the capacity of instructors in using the blended-learning approach and technology in delivering learning activities. Recommendations from the study include strengthening of institutional support to provide opportunities for instructors.
