Asst. Prof. Marie Antoinette L. Rosete, MDE and Associate Prof. Nancy L. Eleria, PhD (co-author) published the research entitled “Examining the Significance of the Luzon W-Growth Corridor to Agricultural Agglomeration and Labor Productivity.” This research discussed the significance of the W-Growth corridor (LWGC)’s institutionalization on the region’s agricultural agglomeration and labor productivity. The results of the study revealed non-incidence of regional agriculture agglomeration, however, agricultural labor competition is apparent. The study also showed that trade activity increases both output and labor productivity in agriculture.
